Cancellations - Please Read!

The clinic will charge for missed appointments and changes made to appointments at short notice.

Please consider that if the clinic does not have adequate notice from you, they will not be able to offer that appointment to another patient, who may really need it that day.

There is a 50% charge of the fee for changes made with less than 12 hours notice, and the full fee will be charged for changes made with less than 4 hours notice.
